Breastfeeding is a natural beautiful way of providing your baby with the best headstart possible. The best nutrients, the best antibodies against colds/disease and the best part is it's FREE! There's tons of information out there about the importance of breastfeeding your baby but what they don't tell you is that its f-ing hard to do! Those little devils suck teet harder than a Dyson and are more like little milk vampires than bouncing bundles of joy. In fact if you don't get the "latch" right, that baby can/will even draw blood! So the truth is breastfeeding is going to suck - HARD but try to stick with it. In about 2-3 weeks, a combined 24 hours of sleep and a couple of newly healed but still trepidatious nipples, it'll be cake!
