Sleeping in Asia

Japanese people fall asleep everywhere. In bars, in clubs, in trains, restaurants and even in their offices and during meetings! I'm not sure I'll ever figure out this phenomenon. I mean, clearly its just a normal thing here. I've personally witnessed people sleeping in bars after they had drank one too many beers. Very nice of the bar managers there because in America that means you get kicked out. In America you're liable for everything so if you're asleep, that means you drank too much, which means its the bar's fault for serving you too much alcohol, which means you can sue them for allowing you to get too drunk - and we think other countries are weird! But I know scientific research has proven that taking naps can make you more alert and productive, so maybe thats the theory behind all this sleepiness.

This is the traditional Japanese bedroom below. Supposedly they are the best for sleep and reducing back problems but i'm not so sure...
